Welcome to Bakke Child Care

Our center has been in business for over 30 years and provides a caring, safe, and family oriented environment for infants and children up to 5 years old.

As required by the State of California we are certified in Standard First Aid and Infant/Child/Adult CPR. We provide art and craft opportunities for children over 2, and a structured preschool curriculum for children ages 3-5. In addition, as an active member of the Family Day Care Association of the Santa Clarita Valley, we are kept aware of current childcare issues, legislation and events.

Our home center has received awards from the County of Los Angeles and the City of Santa Clarita.

Selecting the proper care for you child is a very important decision. To help guide you in the decision making process, the California State Department of Social Services suggests looking for day care centers that provide:

  • A caregiver who provides warm and loving care and guidance for your child and who works with you and your family to make sure your child grows and learns in the best way possible.
  • A setting that keeps your child safe, secure, and healthy.
  • Several activities that help your child grow mentally, physically, socially and emotionally.
  • Your involvement in your child's program.
